Roofing Health and Safety
DPR Roofing Pontefract are dedicated to delivering the very highest levels of health and safety. We continually review and update our policies to ensure we meet all roofing industry and statutory regulations, whether working on domestic roofs, commercial roofs or within our own head office and workshop.
These standards have seen us achieve accreditation for the following quality standards, and become one of the leading professional roofing companies in Yorkshire:
FMB (Federation of Master Builders)
CORC (Confederation of Roofing Contractors)
Ensuring that we legally conform and uphold the current safety regulations is extremely important to DPR, so we arrange regular site checks and carry out internal inspections to keep standards consistently high. These reports are followed up with customer feedback and implemented as part of our ongoing commitment to quality and safety.
Every one of our roofing projects in the Pontefract area is closely supervised from start to completion, and we ensure that the clear-up operation is also managed within health and safety guidelines. This approach has helped us build long-term relationships with clients and become one of the most respected roofing contractors in the region.
Fleet Health & Safety
DPR Roofing operates a large fleet of vans and trailers that are all managed, checked and insured by our transport manager and in-house mechanics.
All vehicles are serviced and maintained on a regular basis in accordance with the company’s health and safety policy and transport regulations, ensuring there is no risk to staff or the public.
We also have our own cherry picker (access platform), which is used on many of our commercial and domestic roofing projects. The cherry picker is tested and maintained regularly to ensure that it remains in excellent working order and safe to operate at all times.
